Why haven't I been awarded with the Capricorn Dogtag?

It's been over 2-3 weeks after the Capricorn dog tag challenge has ended and I still haven't been awarded with it. I completed the challenge within the designated time limit and contacted Battlefield on Twitter and they said I would get it soon. I never got it.&nbsp;

@FriezaLost2GokuThere is no official statement yet about that issue. But DICE Devs. also told me about that problem players should contact the EA Support. But probably it could get fixed by the new Patch what we'll get soon.Greets,Travis

It looks like this is an ongoing issue and developers have been contacted about. I also have not been awarded the dog tag. Although, I could not get an approximate date as to when this will be fixed.
