Why haven't I been awarded with the Capricorn Dogtag?

It's been over 2-3 weeks after the Capricorn dog tag challenge has ended and I still haven't been awarded with it. I completed the challenge within the designated time limit and contacted Battlefield...

It looks like this is an ongoing issue and developers have been contacted about. I also have not been awarded the dog tag. Although, I could not get an approximate date as to when this will be fixed.
