Why is Premium not free to download after stats transfer from PS3 to PS4?

I just bought PS Plus subscription and went to Battlefield 4 to transfer my stats and my Premium membership from PS3 to PS4, the transfer was successful but my Premium membership did not get transfer...

Are you using the same PSN ID for both the PS3 and PS4?

    Yes I'm using the same account from my PS3.

    EA_Barry, yes I am using the same PSN ID from my PS3 in PS4.
