Why is support being outsourced to people who don't care?

I cannot stand talking to someone who has no idea wtf is going on and that you guys label "EA Experts"

This dude "Vinya K." had the nerve to disconnect the chat on me after I explained I was never given a double exp code from eb games and that I contacted them and they said they were never given the codes.

He then said I had to contact them like he didn't read what I just said... I then explained I already contacted them and asked if there was another way to solve this issue.

He questioned "Where did you hear of this bonus" I told him battlefield.com which linked the deal to the various retailers that provided pre-orders and said "next question?" he then disconnected the chat.

I cannot stand morons like this, and they make EA look stupid as hell. They claim to have a supervisor who took "strict action" upon him, whatever that means sounds like they took him out back and beat him LOL, but honestly why the f can I not get a hold of someone from the same continent I am from when I contact chat support?

It's ridiculous and I feel like the people that talk to me do not understand what I am saying whatsoever.

I also contacted about missing battlepacks and the dude was just like "Let me reassure you and put your happiness to rest" I was like wtf are you even talking about?

SIGH.

....because they are neanderthals brought back into existence via a jurassicparkesque island of experiments.

In charge of it all is a man named Ian whose bank balance is so full he has had to invest in a rocket to take him to the moon so he can store more of his money.

The neanderthals work for free and Ian get his money from Mugs who buy battlefield 4.

and you... oh you... you left wondering why no1 is helping...

Resurrecting a 3 1\2 year old thread will do no good so I'm locking it.  EA is a publicly traded company so I doubt that a change.org petition will have any effect.
