why is your game **bleep**ing stupid?

I own BF3 Limited Edition, and tried to download BF3 Premium Edition and it wouldn't let me checkout.  Finally I tried BF3 Premium which WORKED!!! Seriously.... Why cant you inform users that own Limited Edition to download BF3 Premium, instead of not being able to checkout...  Just insert a link saying "Hey if you own Limited Edition, you can't checkout... click here" or better yet name it BF3 Premium for Limited Edition Users.  If you need some help I'd be glad to offer my consulting services to you...

So I finally got it downloaded and it still didn't work at boot up.  Killed origin multiple times, restarted my computer and after 5 tries it finally worked.  BF2 was equally frustrating, and I KNOW that many people give up on your game because its STUPIDLY frustrating to even play (seriously PUNKBUSTER!!!)

I am currently at a LAN and have a feeling I will get banned from this game, but I want my money back...
