Why my premium code does not work?

Hello EA, i have to say something.

I buy the CD of the BF3 Premium edition, and i installed the game but after i put the Code, it say it is an invalid Code and i tried and tried but it keep sending the same msg. Can you help me? Like responding me and resolving the problem, because i buy the bf3 with Premium but the Premium does not work. I want a explication at least and if you can, unlock my Premium.

    @velho_pirulito From where did you buy this key from? By the sounds of it you bought a used copy and therefore it cannot be used. If you bought it from one of those reseller sites you will need to get a refund from them.

    Also make sure you bought premium edition and not just premium as you still would need the base game.

    I buy in a game story here on brazil and they sell me the bf3 Premium edition on the sealed crate, and if its some date to my Code runs off i seach it and its not THERE.

    I was hoping you could help me because they say if the Code does not work, i have to report someone from yoir team because only you can help me out.

    @velho_pirulito In that case you would need to go back to the store as they may have sold you a used copy. If you don't see it in your games library than support cannot help as they didn't sell you the game key in this case.

    Well, the Premium Code does not say " its already used ", its say's it's invalid like, the Code does not exists. Y'know

    And i forgot to mention i live in Porto Alegre in Brazil and i bough in Torres wich is pretty Far from PoA. I was traveling and i found it, so i bough it. Heh, but they sold me an original disc because i checked to ser if its not false or something and i realize its a " true original game " heh.
