Why was my battlefield 1 account randomly reset?

My whole battlefield 1 account was completely reset. I want to know why. There is no way I was cheating when I had a 1.01 kd and I am not great at all. But I completely lost everything besides guns I ...

Same, I had level 147 in BF1 and 310/311 Codex entries and all of a sudden, all my progress has vanished. I've never cheated in any multiplayer game, let alone in a Battlefield game(I'll admit, I did throw a tantrum against obvious cheaters like slurs and other cuss words every now and then).

What's going on with this ?

LE: Weird, it seems all my unlocks are still there, along with the Codex entries and anything else, but the Soldier tab and level tracker is confusing and giving me info like everything was reset.

    I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.
     
    If you have any issues with Battlefield 1 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
     
    @Antimanele104  you not been ban, you would have message saying that. 🙂 Sometimes there are sync issue with front end and back end server, but all data is still there. Should be a temp item.
