Yes, the Digital Deluxe version will only include bonus content as extra. What you get as extra, I can not answer on right now.

If you buy Digital Deluxe copy of Battlefield 4, you will receive more content than in the Standard Edition. You will also get a exclusive Battlefield 4 beta access, which can means that you get it earlier.
Generally there is not much difference between the two version of Battlefield 4. See below:

Maybe you should make it more clearly defined on the Pre-Order page. It's very misleading and does not explain ANYTHING in detail. That's why there's so many people with the same question as well as different ways of interpreting the badly written descriptions of each package. Please add more details to the preorder page, otherwise you're going to have a lot of ticked off customers wanting their money back.
