Yes, the Digital Deluxe version will only include bonus content as extra. What you get as extra, I can not answer on right now.

If you buy Digital Deluxe copy of Battlefield 4, you will receive more content than in the Standard Edition. You will also get a exclusive Battlefield 4 beta access, which can means that you get it earlier.
Generally there is not much difference between the two version of Battlefield 4. See below:

If BF4 is going to have premium as well so why i have to pre order it ot buy digital delux i will get more if DICEis going to have premium edition for bf4
