Windows 8.1 Battlefield 3 Crash Issue Unable to solve

It seems that when you upgraded Windows something went wrong with your graphics driver / DirectX configuration. (Never been a fan of updating OS's, always format and start from scatch myself)

I would reinstall DirectX from: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

and

Make a clean installation of your graphics drivers with the new Geforce 331.40 Beta Drivers that were just released.

Thanks for your reply... i've tried everything but the problem still presist. I think the game has compatability issues with windows 8.1 RTM x64 because windows 8.1 uses DirectX version 11.2.
May be i should wait for update from DICE for BF3.
If u think This is not the problem Kindly suggest me some other solution.

and 1 thing more... i receive this error too that "could not locate d3d11.dll in System32".....i have this file in system32. Check screenshots..

I use Windows 8.1 without any of your problems, so doubt it's a general Win 8.1 issue.

How did you do the clean install of your graphics driver?

i downloaded beta version from geforce.com and while installing the driver i checked the "perform a clean installation" option...
Kindly see my previous comment . i've edited it and placed screenshots in it.

Checking the box is not enough for a clean uninstall before installing a new. Especially not if you have performed an OS upgrade.

Ok, try running the game in compability mode for Windows 7 with administrator rights. That might help with non-updated win7 drivers causing trouble. Also try running Battlelog in a different browser just to be sure. Lastly, try running the game from safemode with networking enabled, there might be some background application running causing the problem.

Also, try reinstalling DirectX from C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer\directx\redist

Also, if you can post a dxdiag in here that would be helpfull.

i've tried reinstalling from that directory but same error.... and in the dxdiag display tab the note says that driver in not digitally signed and has not been tested by Microsoft WHQL.you may be able to get a WHQL signed driver from hardware manufacturer...
