X69x Server Clan Total Crash the all consoles xbox 360

good morning from January possess a dedicated server renewal in 3 months in three months on battlefiled 3, the server of the clan Clan Server x69x Italy and that attachment to my account x69xBAZZINCULO, from about 4 days the server as soon as we attempt to enter by pressing the A key on pad changed either server settings all my console is that those of my friends are blocked and are forced to restart the console by turning it off and on again.
I kindly ask if you can fix the problem as soon the server I have to renew for another 3 months. thank you very much.
