XBox- (BF3) Unable to Connect to EA Servers

Question

Xbox 360:Two consoles connected to same router via ethernet. One can connect to EA servers and plays just fine, other cannot connect to EA servers and says, "Unable to retrieve Battle Feed." We have tried these troubleshooting tips already:1. We have uninstalled/reinstalled the Title update, we have installed all updates, including Update 6, and attempted to log in on the other Xbox but failed to connect the profile.2. We have attempted restarting the Xbox, and unplugging Ethernet.3. We have tried connecting with only one Xbox, the other not connected to the internet.We need to know how we can get both Xbox's to play.

This has been a problem for a long time, it won't get fixed for BF3 unfortunatley.

Do you know what causes this? We were just both playing the other day, on the same Xbox's, same accounts, and same internet. Would we need to establish a static ip and then switch to port forwarding??? This is looking like a lot of work...
