Xbox 360 stats/ profile won't transfer over to Xbox One
I'm level 111 on Xbox 360 and I recently bought BF4 for the One too - but I'm level 0 on here.
I can't figure out how to transfer my stats over so I need some help/ guidance.
I know some games don't let you transfer your stats over from the 360 version (Payday 2 for example) but I've been told by friends that own it that you can transfer the stats over.
If you can't/ I was told you couldn't then I wouldn't have bothered buying the game in the first place because that would be pointless. Just like with Payday 2 I do not want to go through it leveling myself up again, having to unlock everything AGAIN when I've already * done it.
If it is a similar case with this game, that I cant transfer my stats, then honestly I'm getting rid of it because this is *. If it's not possible then you seriously need to sort it out because the system is stupid.
Please help as soon as you can, I'd like to start playing this game I paid good money for with the account from the previous version I also paid good money for. I don't buy next gen versions of a game I already own just to re-do the entire thing, if I wanted to do that I'd do it on the 360 without having to pay.
Thank you.
@TCLewisCooke When you start the game for the first time on the new system, your supposed to see a prompt asking if you want to transfer your stats. If you decline, there's no other way to transfer your stats as its a 1 time thing. Also there is an issue many ppl are having where you never receive the prompt offering to transfer your stats. EA is aware of the issue but unfortunately there is no fix yet. See this sticky post http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Xbox-360-Xbox-One-and-PS3-PS4-stat-transfer-issue/m-p/5183796#U5183796.
