Xbox 360 to Xbox one Stats not updated

Recently I just upgraded from the xbox 360 to the Xbox one. I had already transferred my stats, etc before I upgraded. So currently I am a lower level, and don't have all the unlocks I have on the 360. I also don't have the shortcuts that us premium member got for free a while back( I had them on 360 not the one). I am wondering if someone at EA could somehow re-transfer my rank, stats and unlocks to the one again. It sucks that I am unable to use the guns and equipment that I worked hard for.
