Xbox 360 version of BF 3 Premium edition came with slip of paper for PS3 Premium code.
I bought the xbox 360 version of battlefield 3 premium edition recently because I saw it on sale while I was out of town shopping. I already had a copy of battlefield 3 that I purchased when it was released so I only bought this edition for the premium code.
When I opened the game and looked at the piece of paper with the code(it has an advertisement for medal of honor on the reverse side) I was shocked to see that the instructions to redeem said "Press the playstation button on the wireless controller to display the XMB menu" etc. I then noticed that the code was 12 characters instead of 25 like it should be for xbox 360.
I could not return the game because I opened it and since it was factory sealed when I purchased it, they said that I had to contact EA.
So I tried to use the live chat but the agent could not do anything for me and referred me to the call center but they are closed until Monday.
I don't understand why nobody can assist me either through livechat or email so that I do not have to wait til monday. I bought a time card for World of Warcraft a few years ago that was invalid and all I had to do was email them the code and my problem was solved within the hour.
I'm posting this here in hopes that someone can help me with my problem ASAP.
Also wondering if anyone else has had this issue too and how they got it solved.

This is a joke. Nobody is willing to help me. How is it their fault that it is faulty when it was shipped to them by you guys?
You know that their customer service won't help me, that is just your way of saying "we don't want to deal with this problem"
So done with this company's games. It's obvious why you guys were voted "Worst company in America"
