Xbox Install

I just got the game for the Xbox.  I put in disc 1 and I got a 6mb title update.  Then it says there is a 2gb mandatory update so I select my Hard Drive and it starts to install.  It gets about 25% through then stops installing.  Then the message about needing to install the 2gb of content pops up again.  It is a never-ending loop.  It has happened at least ten times now.  I have 8 gb free on a 20 gb hard drive.  I am using the 20gb hard drive that comes with the system.  I have deleted all game content and cleared the system cache but the same thing happens over and over again.  When I look at my system storage after it trie to install but fails I have 500 mb under Battlefield 4 that says its corrupted.  I can play GTA 5 and any other game I have which are installed and runnning off my hard drive with no problems so it can't be my hard drive.
