Xbox One - Naval Strike installed but wont work

I installed Naval strike from the Xbox store and it is being disregarded on both the game and my battle log account and whenever I try to play on Naval strike, I am told that I am missing the DLC. Help?

    have you tried deleting the expansion via the manage game section and re-downloading. After redownloading the expansion install it from the manage application feature and then start BF4 to see if the expansion was possibly corrupted during the first installation.

    Im having that same problem and i reinstalled it about 4 times but it still keeps saying the same thing and this is on the xbox one.
