Xbox One Battlefield 1 Will not connect online

Game loads and I can only play campaign. The game will not connect online. This is the only game with these issues. Played Titanfall 2 with no problems. I have done all the troubleshooting that Micro...

I was playing lastnight got off to watch tv got back on and loaded game and i got this message then it got to main menu "you have lost connection to the EA servers online features will be unavailable. please try again. HTTP://help.ea.con/article/not-adle-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information. (2000)" I have tried everything the help page said to do and still nothing

@X_modify13_x Thanks for the info. I suspect you may need to move on to connectivity troubleshooting. Before that though, can you try playing other EA games online as a test? If you don't have any, you can grab the FIFA 17 demo for free.
