Xbox One BF4 Cannot Connect to EA Online

For some reason when I play battlefield 4 and I want to play multiplayer it says that I cannot connect to EA Online I'm not sure if it's becuase I'm using EA Access or something is just wrong?

    I have checked my connection and troubleshooted my internet and it says it's fine so I don't have a clue what's going on

      Xbox had been having service issues and happens to a small amount of people, it will be a day or sooner if they fix the issues.
