I have a brand new xbox one and brand new copy of bf4. While playing the game, it crashes to the xbox dashboard and I have to restart the game. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 hours of gameplay. Very frustrating.Any tips or solutions?

I don't understand why we still haven't heard anything about this issue, but this is absurd. You cannot play the game in its current state, you get kicked to the dashboard within 3 to 5 minutes every time.I returned my copy this morning and swapped it for COD Ghosts, and as a best buy employee, I tell every single person who picks up BF4 to put it back down as its completely unplayable and the devs do not care or have any plans to fix it. It is an obvious, obvious rush job, the whole team should be fired for ruining a great franchise.Good riddance.

Same thing here. I tried campaign just for giggles and it happen to me then as well. Dont have any other games so not sure if this is an isolated bf4 incident or what. Any new info would be appreciated.

" not sure if this is an isolated bf4 incident or what. " sadly it is isolated to BF4. the game is 8/10ths finished. this game was rushed to be out before the release of the new consoles, and to compete with xbox ghosts.

i have done every thing rebooting the xbox, reinstall the game and update but it still crashin, fix this **bleep** EA. i think this is the last time i buy a game from EA.

I have the same problem. Always crashing to the dashboard! Tried cleaning up the memory, reinstalling the game, but nothing changes.
Please EA fix this issue, I payed this game 69 euros plus premium membership 49 euros!!!!

Guys I had same problems, also struggling join a game, tried last night play with friends and well....one of my mates snapped his bf disc in pieces in shear frustration! And has said he will never play bf again, I had major issues on 360 and the Xbox one is struggling with bf, also FIFA 14 is not working I.e pro clubs and co-op, so safe say EA have **bleep**ed up badly! I got cod(had buy it for back up as bf is utter garbage at moment) and forza and they work perfect so it's a EA problem! We just couldn't get in any games together! It screwed up party chat on Xbox live, EA have screwed us all, I bought 59 pound copy plus premium so in total 100 pound and well I might as well used it wipe my a**e! And plus 59 quid for FIFA! I tempted to see if we can take EA TO COURT! As we're not getting product as it's intended! I love bf and spent months talking friends into getting it, just to end up looking a idiot as bf4 is running like utter garbage! EA don't even respond to us, HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME people of EA!!!!!!

My game keeps crashing during single player and mutiplayer on on battlefield 4. Ive uninstalled and installed the game twice now and it keeps doing it.also its happend once again on fifa 14 but only the once, I really think that Microsoft and e.a should sort out the problem as this is very frustrating. All my other games play ok even during long 12hr play through. Please can someone help me out on this this issue as I love battlefield 4 and I've been a battlefield player since bad company and bad company 2 all the way upto battlefield 4.

Uninstall second assult and china rising. It stopped crashing after that

uninstaling the DLC's does nothing. My game crashed before I even installed them. Why is no one from EA talking about this problem? Clearly lots of people are having issues...

it worked for me, i uninstalled all the add on, it continued to crash so i decided to try installing the premium membership and it worked after that. im on my 5th game without any crashes

Agreed.
I get a few minutes into a game and it kicks me out to the dashboard. EVERY TIME.
AND... it has also just randomly deleted all my campaign progress!!
Severely disappointing. I hate the fact the when it worked... I loved it.
