I randomly crash to the dashboard as well. I am so glad I chose this over Ghosts ...
Off to go complain on any forums where potential customers might care, as clearly EA doesn't give a ... turd ...
It should be noted that it is not just Xbox One, but PS4 users are also having similar issues.
- This sucks so much, its destroying what would be a great game. I'm premium but haven't managed to finish a game for two days, crashes every time! They could put 4 x XP on but what the hell does it matter if the game is broken
- Anonymous12 years ago3 times .... I only wish.... Mine crashes every couple game. I'm heading back to futureshop and demand a refund!!! This is unnacceptable.

I use to not have this issue, but now it has gotten worse and worse. From very rarely, to every other, to now every game. Whats the deal? Is this a Xbox One issue, or a Battlefield 4 issue? EA and MS need to get together and figure this out, I have tried the method of "retarting the Xbox" and that is no joy.

I'm not sure this is teh answer. I always cold boot my XBox One, so - theoretically - there is little chance that RAM gets "full" after only one game! I can guarantee it crashes out to the Dashboard after the first game, and then at regular intervals after. I am laying the blame solely at the feet of EA/DICE, as I have certainly experiencing similar bugs in previous EA Titles...I am surprised Microsoft haven't taken them to task also, since they are getting the XBox One a bad name!
This needs to be sorted...AND SOON!

Don't feel like reading through all the previous posts but if this hasn't been mentioned previously... It seems the issue isn't Battlefield 4, it's an issue with the Xbox One itself. When the Xbox One goes into "Power Saving" mode (by turning it off by the controller, tapping the power button, or saying Xbox Turn Off) it doesn't clear RAM. To resolve this issue temporarily, hold the Xbox power button for about 5 seconds until it powers down. That will clear the RAM and hopefully (and unfortunately only temporarily) fix your problem until Microsoft release a patch to resolve it. - Anonymous12 years agoThis is exactly what has happened to me, with today it getting really bad. I join a game and within a few minutes it crashes to the dashboard. It sucks. I paid $100 (Australian) for a broken game.
- Anonymous12 years agoSame thing here...but sometimes I get an error code then have to wait or it says sorry bf4 has taken too long...try again?
Very annoying ...brand new xbone and bf4 disc - Anonymous12 years ago
Still 20 days after the release of the game I'm still having the same game crash and disconnection issues. I honestly could not care less about the pistol that they gave out as a gift, as it's useless if the game does not work. I feel EA is abusing their fans support.

I do not think I'll even have the chance to get the " I'm Lovin' it" challenge, as I am only able to complete one in 3 matches I start to play on Xbox. Come on!
- So had anyone come up with a good fix to this issue? Getting booted to dash is getting old quick, I'm sho glad I didn't but premium, or I would be super pissed off, more so than I am now, what's with releasing a broken game?
