Hey @scdude91,
Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.
Could you please let us know what you've tried so far, so we can narrow down the issue here?
Thanks 🙂

Turning off instant on. Moving fame. Files to internal drive. Moving them to external drive. Reset router. Im literally at my wits end
Sorry to hear that this is still not working out for you.
However, you said you've uninstalled and reinstalled Battlefield 1 correct?
I would have thought this might have been one of the solutions to your problem.
You can also try doing a hard reset on your Console, and see if that makes a difference.
Have you contacted EA Help regarding this as well?
You can do so via the link below:

Hope this helps.
Thanks 🙂

Are you using the beta preview build of the Xbox OS or the release build? Have you checked the Xbox Live forums to see if other players are also experiencing this bug because this is the first we've seen it here on the EA AHQ.
- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoIt only happens with battlefield I believe my OS is 10.0.16299.5101. I have not checked the Xbox forms with it only happening with the one game. On one hand I am glad it's not just that I missed a solution somewhere.
- You've tried the majority of troubleshooting techniques for Xbone, but I have another question. Do you own the game, and if so is it disc based or digital or do you have BF1 via Origin access?
- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoYeah I've been racking my brain since the patch before the Russian update. It happens on and off randomly. And will happen in groups. So if it does it once it'll do it the next 10 attempts in a row, but if it works I might be good for several hours. I do have a disc, thought maybe an error there to my roommate and me switched disc's. Mine worked fine on his console and his disc caused the same freeze and then crash effect on mine.
