[Xbox ONE] You have lost connection to the session

I couldn't play any conquest in the last month as every time I try to join any one, I get this error "You have lost connection to the session"... I tried many servers in many times and no way! I can ...

@m_abdelfattah have you already tried to delete and re-install all Battlefield 4 game data on your console? It might be that some files got corrupted and blocking your from specific game modes.

    @m_abdelfattah No unfortunately not as you clear all your Battlefield 4 game data on your system and have to re-install and download the game after.

      Reinstall the game does not worked.

      I have the same error always, and it on my own server...
