Xbox1 Premium member no access to store to download China Rising
I'm a Xbox1 premium BF4 owner. The store is not accessible in BF4 for downloading the CR DLC. What is the problem. Why can't I download this?

Not really helpful. I've posted the response below. Bascially I don't get what I paid for. Nice. Oh, and should I expect good grammer from those at EA helping me?
Romil I just contact the team at DICE and I would like to inform you that this is a known issue and is being currently looked upon. They are doing their best to resolve it as soon as possible. I apologies for the inconvenience.
