If your playing through wirless connection i suggest you to switch to wired connection between your console and your modem. Also disabling wi-fi while your playing reduces the bandwith utilization and therefore the lag in game.

Try restoring your license in the settings >> accounts ... It worked for me. I had severe latency after the latest update.

It sounds like the packet loss warning below, did the trouble shooting link that they provided have any effect on your net performance?
