"You don't have Access"
I have installed the game in the past on an older computer so I am trying to install it on a newer computer. Now I am seeing the above message saying I don't own the game?
Hi, I can imagine how confusing it must be to get a new computer and then find you can’t install a game you used to play on your old one.
Please try the EA app troubleshooting steps first: sign out and back in, clear the EA app cache through App Recovery, restart the app, run it as administrator, and make sure the game isn’t hidden or being accessed from the wrong EA account.
If the game is still missing after that, please contact EA Help so our support team can verify your account's entitlement. Thanks.
