You Don't Own Battlefield 1, Soldier Tab Bug please hlep me

Did you try to contact EA support  How to contact EA support ? Perhaps they could help you.

Of course I send e mail and returned answer 4 times....

they just said
"wait next update, your bug didn't detected before"

Well, in that case the next update for Battlefield 1 should be released before DLC "They Shall Not Pass".

I hope that will solve my problem....

I try to report to korea service center but they said 'just wait'

so i try to erase and reinstall game but it doesn't work

even I can play single and multi game,

if i want to customize my weapon or vehicle, I need to change them inside game....

today i chat with america Service center, and they will reply few days later

now im just waiting and play multi....

the ea help twitter finally responded to me but it was a waste of time, they just pointed me to the EA support site.

i've chat yesterday and they said they send my message to speciallist team.

and if they slove the problem, they will email to notice me.

If i will solve the problem, I'll reply you

so  now just wait and lets play for fun.....by phone customization
