You Don't Own Battlefield 1, Soldier Tab Bug please hlep me

Soldier Tab Bug when i try to use  Soldier Tab it said You Don't Own Battlefield 1, and i click that button it show i already own BF1... what should I do? I already report this bug t...

    Hi, this issue hasn't been "globally" fixed for everyone yet. If you're affected on PC and don't want to wait, reaching out to support is the way forward.

    New DLC Thy shall not pass update didn't fix it for me. Tried EA support with no fix before patch didnt help. Also in game i can't join off team mates only invite to game or other tab is buy bf1 wtf. To join friends i have to alt tab and join from Origin. Any suggestions. I own the ultimate edition

        Same problem on Xbox 1 reinstalled twice didn't help
