Many people starts to experience this. So let me share my experience.
2 days ago, i still play BF 4. Yesterday when i tried to play Battlefield 4, i get this message too. Even i cant go to "Test Range". My friend whose got the same ISP as mine get the same error too. But another friend of mine which is also the same ISP as I am, still playing BF 4 till now.
The funny thing is that i tried playing using my 3g mobile network and it worked flawlessly (at least i can go to test range, spec, and play 1 game). So i really dont know whats going on. Bear in mind that my location is UTC + 7.00 lol

same problem here, bf4 not working since saturday... friend at home can play, if he is at my home he got the same error message then me...

Fix this **bleep** now?
Ever since the new update, this has been an issue for many. And still after almost 5 days now, nothing has been fixed.
Either reverse the thing you changed in the update or fix this damn thing now. It's ridiculous to expect people to just "deal with it" kind of attitude as a company.
