12 years agoI have the exact same issue mate and im getting really tired of origin!
I have tried purchasing it for my little brother as i already have it and want to play with him, but get the same error as you, yesterday i got another one called #10048.
I have tried with 3 different credit cards that I KNOW work and it has worked before on my own account. I have been in touch with live support two times and now they are saying that they will send me to the specialists which i hope they do...

12 years agoi had this issue. check if ur credit card/ debit card has a fixed spending limit. It was $0 on mine so i had to change it. Hope it helps🙂
