Hey could you clarify what you mean?
What did you request, to who (Google is what I'm assuming, but you're posting to EA which doesn't seem the best place to ask since it sounds like your issue is with google if my assumption is correct).
Either way if you're trying to monetize your youtube account by using EA gameplay footage I highly recommend you watch this youtube video first that explains why you could land into legal and financial troubles by doing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uN1_LJ-5b3IThe summary of the video is since you do not hold the copyright to record the footage for profit, you would have to partner not with YouTube but with a gaming network like FullscreenArcade, Yogscast, Machinima, RoosterTeeth, etc... who uses a portion of your profits to pay for the license to allow you to post video game footage.
