Battlefield REDSEC Ranked matchmaking not working on PS5

. Hello EA Support, I am having a problem with Ranked matchmaking in Battlefield REDSEC on PS5. I cannot find a Ranked match, either solo or when playing with friends. Sometimes the matchmaking search stops working for my friends when they join my party. I have already tried restarting the game, reconnecting to the internet, and changing the party leader, but nothing has fixed the issue. My NAT type is Type 2, and other REDSEC game modes work normally. The problem only occurs when I try to play Ranked. My current Ranked division is Bronze I, and I previously reached Bronze V. I have also experienced matchmaking searches lasting around 15 minutes before receiving a timeout error. Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a known problem with Ranked matchmaking in my region (Argentina)? Thank you for your help.
