The fix is slated for early next week.
All progress is being tracked correctly, and you can actually see your current rank via Your Company > upper-right hand career button. Press on that circle and it'll take you to the career rank progress screen. You'll see your current XP progress. Also, your correct rank is shown while playing in a server.
