Hello, I decided to play batelfield 5 on the Xbox console, the game was in my Xbox game pAss subscription, after downloading the game from there and trying to enter online mode, I got a message «Данный контент недоступен, так как у вас пробная версия Battlefield™ V...» (This content is unavailable because you have a trial version of Battlefield V) Similar to the essence of that message
how can I solve this problem? I hope for your support.

That message usually indicates that you have a trial marker for the game against your account. Since you play on Xbox, I'd recommend contacting their customer support first of all, and if they can't assist you, open a case with EA Help at help.ea.com.
