A "fix" for game not launching after Anti-cheat

Like most people I have seen on this forum running into the issue of not able to launch the game after today 03/04/2024 anti-cheat release.

Here is the "fix" that works for me, so give it a try.

Delete the game from Steam, what I found out is that it doesn't actually install the anti-cheat even when you click YES.

and install it directly from EA launcher, when it asked to install anti-cheat, click YES like normal and it should launch fine this time around

if this is EA move to make people use the launcher then it's pretty scummy, EA please fix this "fix", make it playable on Steam !
