On August 4th, my Battlefield V account, which I'd played for three years, suddenly became inaccessible and I received a ban notice. There was no explanation, no details, just a blank ban message. Over the next month, I contacted customer service, sent emails, and created incidents, but each time, the response was that my appeal was rejected, even with the same email responses.
I need to clarify one thing. I've been playing Battlefield V at an internet cafe. Recently, the internet cafe I visit has had issues. I've tried to log in to other accounts, but they've all been blocked. I've already had three accounts blocked there, so I'm certain it's the internet cafe's fault. Playing Battlefield V at an internet cafe also carries the risk of account theft. The public IP address of this internet cafe is: 112.13.218.202.
Account 1: [edit: email address removed] EAID: SS-Shotstriker00; Banned on August 4th; Internet cafe computer LAN IP: 10.2.225.30
Account 2: [edit: email address removed] EAID: RuheGeghter; Banned on August 20th; Internet cafe computer LAN IP: 10.2.225.48
Account 3: EAID: nuanfu_bot_0999; Banned on August 22nd; Internet cafe computer LAN IP: 10.2.225.24 (Below, I'll provide proof of my account login at this internet cafe.)
I hope EA will carefully review my description and help unblock my account. I've invested countless hours in this game, spending nearly $150 (I'll provide a record below), and have spent nearly 3,000 hours playing in internet cafes. I've built friendships, and my account holds so many memories. Losing it feels like losing a part of me. Furthermore, after recovering the SS-Shotstriker00 account, I'm already planning to purchase Battlefield 6. I've always been a loyal EA player, and I believe EA wouldn't let a longtime player down.
Finally, I sincerely request that EA review my case to determine if any errors have been made. I assure you that I am innocent and simply want to continue playing the games I love and being with the people I care about. I thank EA for their understanding and assistance. Until my account is recovered, I will continue to defend my rights and interests until it is unblocked. I believe EA wouldn't let a longtime player down, and after posting this on the forum, I look forward to receiving an email from EA regarding the unblocking of my Battlefield V account.
