Account rollback and unable to activate deluxe edition
I just finished talking to EA tech support and they said to post here. I was level 75 yesterday. Today I ranked up one or two times. I also had all my class levels maxed. I started a new game on Hanut grand operations and noticed I was now level 59. When I checked all my classes, their levels had gone down as well. I still have all the weapons that were locked by class levels as well as the progression made on each one. But the levels are all out of wack. I tried restarting the game, didn't change anything. So I restarted my Xbox, didn't change anything. So I signed out of my account, turned off the Xbox, turned it back on, signed back into my account and opened BFV, didn't change anything. I then signed out of my account, turned off my Xbox, restarted my internet, turned my Xbox back on, signed back into my account, opened BFV and it still had not changed anything.
Also, I preordered the deluxe edition and to this day, have not been able to activate it. It started with the code that came in the game case. Contacted EA, turns out it was a faulty code. Bought a new code. Contacted Microsoft to remove the old code from my account so I could add the new one. That was also a faulty code. So Microsoft went into my account and tried to manually add the deluxe license to my account, it would not activate. I just heard back from my personal support contact and he said to go ahead and push it to BFV devs, as they cannot figure it out.

We have done a back-end update and should have resolved everyone with missing stats!
