Appeal account player_Lay wrongly sealed - Case No #230729237

Hello! I am Lay (EA ID: player_Lay), a loyal Battlefield player, and I am formally appealing the wrongful ban of my account. My case (Case No. #230729237) is currently in the "Waiting for Studio" status, which has been in place for half a month.

My account was banned because the system detected "cheating behavior," but I have never used any cheats or third-party software. It's possible that my account was stolen after I played at an internet cafe. I don't have my own computer and frequently play at internet cafes. Furthermore, I checked my match history before the ban and found records that weren't mine. I only play on private servers, but I had match history on the official server before the ban. Reviewers can easily see from my match history that I have never played on the official server because I know many people use cheats there. Therefore, it's impossible for me to have used cheats to play on the official server.

I am not only a long-time Battlefield player but also a loyal supporter of EA games. I have always abided by the game rules and upheld fair competition. This ban has left me deeply confused and aggrieved. I would never ruin my cherished game account for a moment's pleasure.

I earnestly request the review team to review my match history and reassess the ban decision based on the actual circumstances.

I understand the importance of anti-cheating systems, but I also believe that the systems may make incorrect judgments.
