I am experiencing the same issue. The sound issues seams to appear randomly after playing for a while, although I am suspecting that they are triggered when many loud explosions happen in game. In some rare cases it fixed itself after some minutes, but usually the sound stays broken until I restart the Battlefield 5 client.
Hardware:
Intel Core i5 3570K
8 GB RAM
Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1070 (Driver 418.91)
Audio: Logitech G933 Gaming Headset
Windows 10 Pro 1809 Build 17763.316
Battlefield V Sound Settings: 3D Headphones
I recorded some gameplay with the issue: https://youtu.be/cTjlNH6SPkQ

This could be super strange but a player was having some sound issues in Apex Legends and was able to fix it by updating their router's firmware. Can you log into your router's admin panel to see if there is an update available?- 7 years ago
it is up to date. it is happening less frequently after recent patch but still happens
