Bad latency and lag in games

Hi, Im seeking some support because i'm having issues playing online with the performance of my connection. The main problem is a bad latency one where it feels like im playing at a delay to other players( I get a step on a enemy and get some shots off but they kill me instantly), every match i play is always one sided. Battlefield is not the only game i'm having issues with. I also like playing madden and other games and i'm having a bad lag/latency connection problem in every game and it's really frustrating as from what i understand, when testing my connection no problems are evident. Im playing on a fibre connection, connection speeds are good and stable and my ping is really low. I'm connected to my router with a wired connection through powerline adapters. I've tried replacing my router, port forwarding, firewall off, had my isp test my connection and they say there's no issue. I've tried everything possible on my end that i can do but since im lagging in every game, there's clearly something going on with my connection. Can someone help me understand whats wrong with connection? playing online is just very enjoyable due to these issues i'm having. 

Some additonal info: I'm based in the United Kingdom and my ISP is BT. I've also attached a copy of my ping plotter to easo.ea.com which is recommended for someone from ea to have a look at. Thanks
