Banned account unlink epic games

Can I get help regarding unlinking my epic games and steam account to my banned origin account? Is it possible?

Unfortunately it's not possible to unlink platforms from an EA account while there's an active ban on it. If you'd like to raise a dispute to try and get the ban removed, you can reach out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:

Hi @TheVisitor34 While I don't believe it's possible, as banned accounts usually can't have any changes made, you could open a case at help.ea.com to ask them (account changes can't be made on the forums anyway).

Moreover, you can appeal the ban by contacting the ToS team, and the guide below should explain how you can do this.

Can I still raise a case even though they replied to me that it has been closed? I just recently bought battlefield 2042 and now cannot play it anymore.

@TheVisitor34,

You can always reach out again, but if they've already made a number of investigations and found that the ban on your account was justified, then it's highly likely that your account will stay banned. They're ultimately the only team with the power to investigate and overturn bans.
