  • This could have a number of reasons, could you please explain what you have done after you first encountered the problem and test the following:

    1. repair the bfv gamefiles with Origin && check for game updates
    2. use a virus scan / adwcleaner, registry cleaner / ccleaner, HDD defragment / SSD trimm
    3. use the SFC command utility to fix system files on Windows 10
    4. windows cleanboot
    5. driver cleaner procedure
    6. chipset software driver and BIOS update
    7. disable all overclocks of CPU, CPU, chipset and memory (XMP)
    8. test other games (preferably Frostbite engine (Dice))
    9. if all fails please post a dxdiag

@dannmar123 Sorry that did not solve the problem. Have you tested other games without problems? Also try deleting the settings files from documents\battlefield v\settings and restart the game.

  • I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

If you have any issues with Battlefield V, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
