Battlefield 5 “The Last Tiger” War Story assignment not registering (Xbox)

I currently am aware of a fix for the pc version but I need to know a fix for Xbox.

I have tried many ways including playing on different difficulties, replaying the whole war story again and again, restarting the game and replaying the war story, reboot the whole console and replay the war story and some other methods. But two assignments of the last tiger war story “ Kill a Calliope tank from less than 30 meters away” and “ Complete the chapter without repairing” are not registering for me. 

It shows that I have completed the assignments in-game but in the main menu, it shows that I have not completed the assignments. This is the issue right now that is preventing me from receiving  “The Last Tiger” skin for the tiger tank.

If any Xbox player has a method of fixing this please let me know thank you. I am still trying methods to fix this.
