Battlefield 5 - Repeating Intro with Symbolic Link
Was having an issue where BF5 would make me adjust my brightness, set sound settings, forget my control changes, and make me re-do the intro mission each time I launched.
Turned out it was because the Battlefield 5 save in My Documents was behind a symbolic link. I had my documents folder linked over to a separate hard drive and BF5 did not seem to be able to follow it.
Moving the BF5 save to the C drive resolved the issue; it's an irritating fix, though.
