"Why did this happen?"

"This issue occurs when I try to launch Battlefield V from the EA app："Game failed to launch. A platform error caused the startup failure. Please try again later. OK"

I have tried "restoring the app," "reinstalling the app," reinstalling "Battlefield V," and deleting the EA folder in the C drive, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.
