Battlefield 5, can't find purchased item

@Gaby_Mukbang Which rifle was it and was this something you bought from the Armory or My Company?

@ElliotLH hi, I don't know which rifle, but it was a sniper, I bought it from Armory, after I bought it a notification popped up saying it has been delivered to my company. I checked my company there's none, there's only my normal default weapons

@Gaby_Mukbang I think you bought a weapon skin rather than the gun itself in that case. Skins are bought from the Armory, using CC or Boins, but weapons themselves are purchased through My Company, using just CC. Catches people out quite often.

@ElliotLH Oh god. In my country what I paid is a lot of money.. how can I refund ? Cancel?
