I would start by checking the system for dirt and reduced airflow. Then check all system temperatures of CPU, GPU and chipset and memory etc. Also make sure the motherboard has the latest BIOS and chipset software drivers installed for best compatibility. Next maybe try to run BFV from SSD if possible or check all system cable connections or even remove the videocard and try another PCIe x16 port after you have tried a few different Nvidia (clean installation) drivers. Here are some other possible solutions:
perform a windows cleanup: and select remove shader cash
virus scan / adwcleaner, registry cleaner / ccleaner, HDD defragment / SSD trimm
use the SFC command utility to fix system files on Windows 10
