The content could be in the Armory waiting to be opened.
When games with DLC are purchased it doesn't always install them automatically on PlayStation, Xbox, Origin, or Steam. Can you check to see if you have the extra content installed?

The phone option is available on the website when you create a case. You have to select the "+" symbol to expand the call option. When I went through the website for the screen to share with you, the phone option didn't appear until I scrolled slightly down with the mouse wheel.
