Battlefield 5 deluxe Pre-Order and Origin Access Premier

    You may need to contact EA support, otherwise you can maybe try going to your Order History (found under my account), finding your Deluxe Edition purchase of Battlefield V and refunding it from there (there should be an option next to the specific purchase).

    By doing so it'll likely refund your payment for the Deluxe Edition but since you now own Premier you will keep the deluxe edition anyway as it is included with premier - this means any skins from the deluxe edition will also stay in your possession.

I guess you're on PS4 or on Xbox(not sure if thats a thing on Xbox too)

On PC you'll get the 5 new Weapons right away after you got the Standard or Deluxe Edition pre-ordered. BECAUSE the "Enlister Offer" is included in the download.

But on Console there are 3 things available in the Store.
> BFV Standard
> BFV Deluxe Edition
> Enlister Offer

First it will say the Enlister Offer isn't available. Because it's just a Addon and you need to have the game first.
Once you pre-ordered Standard or Deluxe (which you payed for) then you can simply click on the Enlister Offer and download it (for free)

This includes the 5 BF1 Weapons then + the BFV Beta early access!
