Battlefield 5 gamepass ultimate not letting me play

Hi people at ea i would like to know why im gameshareing with a friend and i downloaded battlefield 5 and it saids "your a trial player upgrade to play" and im not a trial player i just want tk play ...

    A few users have reported success with contacting Microsoft/Sony/Origin support directly and having them remove your trial status from their end
